Great news for Pierre Burguet and the Mass Spectrometry Laboratory (ULiège)!

Pierre successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled "Bridging Mass Spectrometry Imaging and Metabolomics to Study Bacterial Communication and Secondary Metabolism" in front of a jury composed of Prof. Isabelle Fournier (Université de Lille), Prof. Manuel Liebeke (Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and Max Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology), Dr Dominique Baiwir (GIGA - Université de Liège), Prof. Séba Rigali , Prof. Christian Damblon (Secretary), Prof. Gauthier Eppe (President) and myself (Université de Liège).

The defence marks the achievement of several years of work, intellectual dedication, and scientific commitment.

The Mass Spectrometry Laboratory (ULiège), as a whole, warmly congratulate Pierre Burguet on this great accomplishment, and wish him all the very best in the next chapter of his carrier.
